The 11th Chicago Travel and Adventure show returns to Rosemont

            The 11th annual Chicago travel and Adventure show is making its way back to the Donald E Stevens Convention center January 17th and 18th.

            The show brings travel experts in addition to thousands of vacation options and international culture and cuisine. The event helps those who are looking to travel or plan their dream vacation. With multiple educational seminars and shows from all across that demonstrates different cultural traditions, visitors can indulge in an array of stories, tips, and take pictures with some of the top travel professionals.

            This year, special guest speakers are to include Wild author Cheryl Strayed who leads the roaster of celebrity travel experts that includes Samantha Brown, Pauline Frommer, Peter Greenberg and Patricia Schultz. In addition to the special guest speakers, guest can visit over 300 exhibitors from international destinations ranging from Mexico Tourism BoardFlorida Keys, and Key West just to name a few. Unicom CEO John Golicz says that this show is the biggest show to ever hit Chicago and it’s all because Chicagoans have a great appetite for travel and culture.

“This show is a great way for travelers and families to experience the world in one day through the eyes of well-traveled speakers and thousands of experts who represent exciting destinations, tours and vacation options from around the globe.”

            The show opens Saturday at 9:30am for travel professionals, with general public hours set from 10am to 5pm. On Sunday the floor opens from 11am and closes at 4pm. Single day tickets are available online for a discounted price for $11 and two days are $17 with promo code CHPR. Regular price onsite are for $16/$25; children who are 16 and under are free.

            The show is operated by Unicomm, LLC an independent business communications company specializing in originating and managing world-class trade shows and conferences. The Travel and Adventure Show is the largest and longest running show for travel events which stops through los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, San Francisco/Bay Area, Washington, D.C. San Diego and just added Philadelphia.
