River Grove, Ill. – Get a jumpstart on your education with the annual Future Focus college fair on Tuesday, Sept. 23.
Hosted by Triton College, the college fair will feature more than 115 four-year colleges and universities from across the country from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in the Robert M. Collins Center (R-Building) on the east side of Triton’s campus in River Grove.
The free fair, open to everyone in the community, allows prospective college students and their families the opportunity to speak with representatives from Triton College, as well as other colleges and universities, to learn about admission procedures, program offerings, tuition expenses and financial aid.
“Future Focus is an excellent opportunity for students and their families to learn about and meet with representatives from many different colleges in one location,” said Triton Dean of Enrollment Services Dr. Amanda Turner. “Students and their families will benefit from stopping by Triton’s booths to get an informational bag filled with goodies and materials on how students can get their education started close to home at Triton.
“Thousands of people have benefited from attending this event, and we encourage community members with questions about college to stop by this year’s fair.”
Participants also can attend financial aid mini-sessions or speak with representatives from U.S. Bank to learn their options on how to finance their education.
